Current Goals (updated April 14, 2008):
- 15 miles a week in April, May, June
- run 6 miles in 60 minutes
- complete a 3 mile run outside by May 15th (ideally in < 27 mins)
- enter a 10K this year and complete it in 50 minutes or less
- get my 1 mile run time (on treadmill) down to 7 minutes
- complete a 1/2 marathon distance; possibly enter to run one
